Do not underestimate Water

Water is one of the main ingredients of all the living beings. The quality of water that we intake therefore largely dictates our potency, well being and health condition. The quality and potency of water depends upon the source from where it is extracted or stored. Not going deeper into the subject it is summarily advised to prefer water from a running source as far as possible because the running water has highest potency of minerals that keep getting added to it through the path of the river. If you can use the water of a waterfall, a river, a well or a potable bore well then there is no substitute of it. Water that has been stored in ponds, tanks etc and is kept pumping in within a day or two is still okay but the water that is stored in cold storages and bottles for more than 2 days starts depleting all potency and becomes stale with every next day and very soon it gets converted as a disease. Most of the blood related problems arise because of an unhealthy intake of water and other valueless fluids. The water bottling companies with the help of respective governments are definitely mixing some odd elements in their bottles that is preventing the water to get stale, no matter if the person who is buying that water gets stale himself. Today we have n number of water purifiers in the world that claim to provide us crystal clear pure water but the fact is that they really provide us crystal clear water that has nothing else except transparency. The common perception among people is that the water only removes our thirst and all the problems start from very such ignorance. Water is much more than one can possibly imagine. It is time to remind oneself again the age old proverb, WATER IS LIFE.
